I've primarily been using Logitech mice for over 20 years. This is hands down the best mouse I have used. There is a fast scroll button at the top which helps fly through spreadsheets or long webpages. Within reach of your them there is another scroll wheel which lets you scroll left and right. Next the the thumb scroll wheel there are 2 more buttons for Forward and Back. Down below is a customized gesture button. Bluetooth and integrated battery make it a must have.
Cheaper alternative to the Microsoft LifeCam with added ring light features. Can sometimes find better pricing at Best Buy.
Great option for business users. I've been having some from my batch this year fail so moving the camera down to my 2nd recommendation.
The online reviews for this one are not the best but I have had no problems with this multifunction color printer/scanner vs some of the other units my clients have had. I suggest getting the expanded black ink cartridges as well if you are buying replacements. One thing to note is that if you need to set up scanning to folders you need to configure that through the web gui. You can set up multiple scan to locations so you can have ones for each user or shared folder.
Fast network scanner (60 ppm/120 ipm) that connects wirelessly or over ethernet. I installed 4 of these for a client and also has to install the server utility, PaperStream NX Manager which required an install of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express if installing on an app server without SQL. This all installed automatically. Up to 1000 scanners can be managed with the software. You can configure this to scan directly to email, SharePoint, server shares, and FTP.

This is my most used tool. I use it daily to grab and annotate screen captures. I use it to create documentation and instructional content for my clients. It looks way more professional than using the built in Snipping Tool and you can mark up the pictures in the app with arrows, shapes, stamps, and text. I will be releasing a usage tutorial in one of my future blog posts. If you need to share marked up screen captures with clients this is the tool.

I have never been into video editing but I have needed to learn in order to make video tutorials. In the past I would edit and cut the video in Snagit, then save the file and play it again while doing a second screen capture while talking over it. It got the job done but it was a clunky method. With Camtasia you can do all of the editing but also lay in audio tracks and add in text which was not possible with my old method. Highly recommended.

If you need both of the Techsmith tools why not save money on a package deal?

Have you ever needed to capture a Youtube video or other streamed video from your browser? If so, look no further. I tried over 10 tools for this and I liked the features of this one best. It is very easy to use and can use multiple streams to download so it works faster than if you were to watch it and capture with a screen capture tool such as Snagit.
Kutools and Ablebits are the 2 best Excel addons with over 300 functions each. Where Kutools wins out is in price. $39/license with free upgrades/support for 2 years vs $79 or $119 with lifetime upgrades for Ablebits depending if you buy Personal or Business Edition. I use both because there are unique functions in each that I find useful, one in Kutools is the ability to select a cell and the row and column highlite.
